My One Little Word for 2015 is "HEART". As always my word picked me I usually hear a song that connects with me, see a quote on Pinterest that speaks to me or just hear the word over and over in my life leading up to the end of the year and this year it was all of that.
This song had been on my mind as well. The Heart Wants What it Wants. So true right?
So going forward in 2015 I will try and make my heart healthy, happy and whole.
